Maintenance of Accurate Information

We have procedures in place to ensure that your personal and financial information is as accurate, current and complete as possible. Any inaccurate information will be corrected as quickly as possible.

Employee Access and Use of Customer Information

Bank employees’ access to information is limited to only the personally identifiable customer information required to conduct the specific duties associated with the employee’s job function. We train our employees about the importance of confidentiality. In addition, each of employees is required to follow our policies and procedures which state that all customer information is considered private and privileged and is to be used solely for the purpose of providing you with the best service possible. Disciplinary measures are taken when employees violate policies and procedures.
